Hi, I’m Godwin Anthony, an international communication and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in people management, Building effective teams, and well-being.
For two decades, I’ve supported organisations by equipping their managers to become more effective leaders and build high-performing teams. I offer solutions through tailored methods, including 1:1 coaching, team training, keynote speaking, and management training programmes.
As an accredited NLP Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and DISC Master Trainer, I’m often called in when internal support hasn’t been successful. My unique approach helps managers tackle complex people challenges—from motivating teams and resolving conflict to handling underperformance and navigating difficult conversations. I upskill managers to confidently address these issues themselves.
"How you say it matters."
One of my proudest accomplishments is the healthcare recruitment and home care business my wife and I founded 20 years ago, which has grown to secure major contracts with local authorities and the NHS. As we prepare for further expansion, I reflect on how clear communication, strong collaboration, and shared purpose have been essential to building impactful teams. These values have empowered countless care professionals to strengthen their leadership, align their teams, and ultimately improve patient care.
I know how challenging it can be to run a business. Sometimes, you need a fresh perspective and accountability to help you navigate through.
My goal? To help you lead with confidence and build your dream team.
Let’s have a coffee and talk about making that happen!
Alongside my one-on-one coaching, I share my expertise across a variety of platforms, from delivering impactful talks on the London Excel Stage to judging the BIBAs Awards in Lancashire. I'm passionate about promoting resilience, mindful leadership, and team success.
On 9th October, I’ll be speaking at the Care Show in Birmingham, offering insights on "7 Steps to Building a Winning Team and Culture."
